1. Business Overview
Japandi Bento and Catering LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides freshly prepared Japanese-inspired bento boxes and catering services in the state of Michigan, USA. We operate exclusively within Michigan and accept online payments in U.S. Dollars (USD).
2. Eligibility
To purchase from our website, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in or order for delivery within Michigan.
3. Ordering and Scheduling
Catering Orders
- Available for delivery daily.
- Delivery time slots are in 1-hour intervals between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Booking required at least 7 days in advance.
Weekday Lunch Specials
- Available on weekdays only.
- Delivery window: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM (fixed).
- Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM same day.
- Limited to 100 items per day; service closes when sold out.
Closure Periods
Our business may be closed during certain times of the year. Please check our website for the most up-to-date information.
4. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance via our secure online checkout system.
- We accept major credit cards and digital payments through our Square and WooCommerce platform.
- In-person payment via smartphone is available but limited to pre-arranged events.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- Order cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours in advance for catering orders. Cancellations within 72 hours of the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds or changes are allowed for same-day lunch specials after the 11:00 AM cutoff.
6. Delivery
- Delivery is limited to Michigan addresses.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
- We are not responsible for food spoilage due to delayed pickup or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
7. Food Safety
- We are licensed under a Fixed Food Service License in Oakland County, Michigan.
- All food is prepared in a certified commercial kitchen following ServSafe standards.
- Customers are advised to consume food promptly or refrigerate items as appropriate.
8. Allergens and Dietary Preferences
- While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as soy, wheat, sesame, eggs, dairy, and nuts.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, menu images, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Japandi Bento and Catering. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Japandi Bento and Catering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
