Having lived in Japan and the United Kingdom, and now making a home in the Metro Detroit area, I bring a global perspective to the food I create. My culinary journey has taken me through France, Italy, China, and many other countries, where I have explored a wide range of food cultures and flavors. Although I cook both Asian and European dishes, my work is always rooted in the Japanese aesthetic sensibilities that shape my background—attention to detail, harmony of flavors, and an appreciation for seasonality. By blending international influences with this deeply ingrained Japanese philosophy, I strive to craft dishes that are both refined and comforting, offering guests a unique and memorable dining experience.
