At Japandi Bento and Catering, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below:

Reporting an Issue

If your order is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at japandicatering@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order name/date
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos as proof

We will review the issue and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • If the incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout.
  • If the product was not stored properly after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our catering services, cancellations will be subject to the following charges:

Within 72 hours of the scheduled event: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Up to 72 hours before the scheduled event: 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
